This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at www.thegrid.com, use our Mobile App, connect to our guest Wi-Fi, purchase or use a Grid Arcade Card, participate in our Grid Rewards loyalty program, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

We also collect Usage Data automatically, such as device type, operating system, browser, app version, pages visited, time spent, and crash reports.


Children’s Privacy (COPPA)


Our Services are not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
